Job Title: Legal Service Plan Specialist

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their legal needs
– Provide guidance and support to clients in selecting the best legal service plan for their situation
– Work closely with attorneys to ensure clients receive the legal representation they require
– Assist with the enrollment process for new clients and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
– Address any client questions or concerns regarding their legal service plan
– Keep detailed records of client interactions and plan details for future reference

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
– Previous experience in a legal services setting preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
