Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Ashford Gardens. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your duties may include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in the resident’s condition to the nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and report changes in resident’s condition to nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure resident safety and well-being

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Previous experience in a nursing home or skilled nursing facility preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
