We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Banquet Hall Attendant:

As a Banquet Hall Attendant, you will be responsible for setting up and tearing down event spaces, assisting with food and beverage service, and ensuring that our guests have a seamless experience. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Setting up and tearing down event spaces
• Assisting with food and beverage service
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of event spaces

Wedding Chapel Coordinator:

As a Wedding Chapel Coordinator, you will work closely with couples to plan and execute their dream ceremonies. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for creating magical moments.

• Meeting with couples to discuss their vision for the ceremony
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless execution
• Creating and managing timelines for the ceremony
• Providing support and guidance to couples throughout the planning process

Wedding Reception Specialist:

As a Wedding Reception Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the reception portion of our clients’ events. This includes coordinating with the catering team, managing the timeline of events, and ensuring that guests are having a great time. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet.

• Coordinating with catering team to ensure food and beverage service runs smoothly
• Managing timeline of events during the reception
• Ensuring that guests are having a great experience
• Resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the event
