Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations of patients to diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their psychiatric needs
• Prescribe and monitor medication as part of the treatment plan
• Provide therapy and counseling to help patients manage their mental health conditions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Stay current on developments in the field of psychiatry through continuing education and professional development

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Psychiatry
• Valid state medical license
• Experience working as a Psychiatrist preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
