Job Responsibilities

As an infertility counselor at Aspire Fertility Houston Main Street, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing emotional support and counseling to individuals and couples undergoing fertility treatments
• Assessing patient needs and developing personalized counseling plans
• Helping patients navigate the emotional challenges of infertility and fertility treatments
• Collaborating with the medical team to ensure integrated care for patients
• Participating in team meetings and case consultations
• Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in infertility counseling

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A master’s degree in counseling or a related field
• Licensure as a counselor or therapist in the state of Texas
• Experience working with individuals and couples facing infertility or other reproductive health challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and compassion for patients going through emotional struggles
• The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
