Investment Analyst

Job Description:

As an Investment Analyst at Associated Mortgage Investors, you will play a key role in analyzing and evaluating potential investment opportunities in the real estate market. You will be responsible for conducting market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to support decision-making processes. You will work closely with senior management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive investment strategies and maximize returns.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on real estate markets and investment opportunities
• Prepare financial models, projections, and valuations to assess potential investments
• Perform due diligence on prospective deals, including reviewing legal documents and conducting property inspections
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, and provide recommendations for optimization
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and investment committees
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform investment strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or real estate lending
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
