Job Title: Scrap Metals, Aluminum, and Metals Sorter

Job Description

As a Scrap Metals, Aluminum, and Metals Sorter at Astro City Scrap, you will be responsible for sorting and processing different types of scrap materials. This includes separating ferrous and non-ferrous metals, aluminum, and other metals based on their properties. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of experienced professionals to ensure the efficient recycling of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and classify scrap metals, aluminum, and metals into different categories
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials
• Operate machinery and equipment for processing scrap materials
• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with scrap metals, aluminum, or metals is preferred
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
