Position: Coffee Service Technician
We are currently seeking a Coffee Service Technician to help us maintain and service our coffee and tea equipment at customer locations. This is a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best coffee experience possible.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on coffee and tea equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Keep accurate records of service calls and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
- Prior experience in coffee or equipment service preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
