Position: Computer Service Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Computer Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. You will work closely with our customers to identify and resolve computer hardware and software issues, install new equipment, and ensure their systems are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for clients
• Install, configure, and update computer systems
• Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks
• Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical problems

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in computer service and repair
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications in computer repair and maintenance are a plus
