Position: Estate Planning Attorney
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive estate plans for clients
- Reviewing and analyzing legal documents related to estate planning
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to trusts, wills, and probate
- Handling estate administration and resolving disputes
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
