Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Atlantic Mental Health Services, you will play a key role in providing counseling and therapy services to our clients. You will work with individuals, families, and groups to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. In addition to providing therapy, you will also collaborate with our team of psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for each client.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Complete thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other team members to develop treatment plans
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of XXXX
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting
• Strong knowledge of psychological theory and evidence-based treatment modalities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
