Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating, evaluating, and approving loan applications for real estate transactions. You will work closely with clients to determine their financial needs and provide them with the best loan options available.

Responsibilities:

• Originate new loan applications through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
• Evaluate loan applications and determine the creditworthiness of borrowers
• Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide them with loan options that meet their needs
• Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure a smooth and efficient closing
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and market trends to provide clients with the most current information

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending or real estate finance
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current NMLS license is required
