We are currently seeking a skilled Personal Injury Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of success in litigating these types of cases. Responsibilities for this position may include:

• Conducting legal research
• Drafting legal documents
• Representing clients in court
• Negotiating settlements
• Providing legal advice to clients

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Available Position: Wrongful Death Attorney

In addition to the Personal Injury Law Attorney position, we are also seeking a dedicated Wrongful Death Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling wrongful death cases and a strong commitment to seeking justice for their clients. Responsibilities for this position may include:

• Investigating wrongful death claims
• Representing clients in court
• Negotiating with insurance companies
• Providing emotional support to clients
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Wrongful Death Attorney position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
• 5+ years of experience in wrongful death law
• Compassion and empathy for clients
• Ability to handle complex legal issues
