We Are Hiring

We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Legal Service Plans Specialist. This position plays a key role in ensuring that our clients receive the legal assistance they need while maximizing the value of their legal service plans.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of legal service plan clients, including coordinating appointments and services
• Provide guidance and support to clients on their legal service plans and available resources
• Review and analyze legal service plan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Work closely with attorneys and other team members to address client needs and concerns
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal service plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Legal Studies, Business Administration)
• 2+ years of experience in legal services or a similar role
• Strong understanding of legal service plans and their benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
