We are Hiring: Front of House Staff

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences? If so, we want you to join our team as Front of House Staff at Avalon Diner. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Server

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to guests
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues

Host/Hostess

• Welcome guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and have a strong work ethic. The ideal candidates for these positions will possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
