Key Responsibilities:

• Provide career guidance and counseling to students to help them achieve their professional goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to facilitate job placement opportunities for our graduates
• Assist students in resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
• Organize and conduct job fairs, employer information sessions, and networking events
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and job market demands to better serve our students
• Collaborate with instructors, administrators, and other staff members to support student success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, business, or a related field
• Prior experience in career advising, recruitment, or human resources
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and job market demands
