Avance is a leading child care provider dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Child Care Providers at our various locations across the country.
Position: Child Care Provider
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in our care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and napping routines
- Interact and engage with children to encourage their social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s day
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with children in a child care setting
- Passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred)
