We are looking for Van Rental & Leasing Specialists:

At Avis Rent A Car, we are currently seeking Van Rental & Leasing Specialists to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a keen interest in the automotive industry. If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with van rental and leasing inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
• Process rental agreements and ensure accuracy of information
• Coordinate vehicle pickups and drop-offs
• Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure cleanliness before and after rentals
• Upsell additional services and products to customers
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the automotive or customer service industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
