Position Title: Mental Health Counselor

Job Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients with mental health concerns
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document client sessions and progress in accordance with regulatory standards
• Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health counseling

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
• Experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health issues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
