Key responsibilities:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance on bankruptcy laws
• Prepare and review bankruptcy filings
• Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in legal proceedings

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in which you will be practicing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bankruptcy law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Corporation & Partnership Law Attorneys

As a Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney at Ayers Howard T, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including small businesses, startups, and established corporations. You will provide legal advice and support on a variety of corporate matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist clients with entity formation and structuring
• Draft and review corporate documents and agreements
• Provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
• Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters
• Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in which you will be practicing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
