As an Event Coordinator at Azul Reception Hall, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, from weddings and galas to corporate meetings and conferences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for design.
Responsibilities include:
– Meeting with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
– Creating event proposals and budgets
– Coordinating with vendors and staff to ensure seamless event execution
– Overseeing event set-up and breakdown
– Providing on-site coordination during events
We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and foster relationships with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the event industry.
Responsibilities include:
– Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
– Cultivating relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and social event organizers
– Conducting site tours and consultations with potential clients
– Negotiating contracts and closing sales
– Collaborating with marketing team to promote venue offerings
The Event Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of events at Azul Reception Hall. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
– Supervising event setup, execution, and breakdown
– Training and managing event staff
– Overseeing inventory and equipment management
– Resolving any onsite issues or challenges
– Ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards
