Job Title: Abstracter

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze public records to determine the legal status of property titles
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings
- Identify any issues or discrepancies that may affect the transfer of property
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve title issues
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an abstracter or similar role preferred
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of real estate transactions and title insurance processes
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of basic data entry software
