Position: Attorney

As an attorney at B Keith Jackson Attorney & Counselor at Law P, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters and collaborate with a talented team of legal professionals. You will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters
• Stay up-to-date on legal developments and trends

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Dedication to providing exceptional client service
