Job Title: Home Improvement Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Home Improvement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of home remodeling, including but not limited to kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring installation, painting, carpentry, and plumbing. The Home Improvement Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop project plans, and execute renovations to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

– Consult with clients to discuss project requirements and provide design recommendations
– Create detailed project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines
– Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
– Oversee all aspects of the remodeling process, from demolition to final touches
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment
– Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or changes during the project

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in home remodeling and renovations
– Proficient in a variety of construction trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting
– Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
