Job Description:
Are you a skilled butcher looking to join a dynamic team dedicated to quality meat processing? B & W Meat Co. is seeking a Butcher to join our growing business. The Butcher will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products according to company standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities include:
- Deboning, trimming, and cutting meat products
- Packaging meat products for retail sale
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the butchering area
- Following all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Previous experience as a butcher in a meat processing facility or butcher shop
- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Food handling certification is a plus
