We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Legal Associate to join our team and assist in providing top-notch legal counsel to our clients.

Job Title: Legal Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues to support the legal team’s work
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, pleadings, and other legal correspondence
• Assist in preparing cases for trial by organizing exhibits, drafting motions, and coordinating with witnesses
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure effective case management
• Participate in client meetings and communicate with clients on legal matters

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar
• 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
