Bakery Variedades Chapinlandia is a family-owned bakery located in the heart of the community. We take pride in providing delicious baked goods made with high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes passed down through generations. Our bakery has been a staple in the neighborhood for over 20 years, and we are looking to expand our team with individuals who are passionate about baking and customer service.

We are Hiring:

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following positions:

• Artisan Baker
• Bakery Assistant
• Cake Decorator
• Front-of-House Staff

Responsibilities:

Artisan Baker:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
• Follow recipes and baking techniques to ensure consistent quality
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Bakery Assistant:

• Assist the baker with preparation and baking of goods
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Package and label products for display
• Provide excellent customer service

Cake Decorator:

• Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests
• Use icing, fondant, and other decorating tools creatively
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

Front-of-House Staff:

• Greet customers and assist with their orders
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS system
• Maintain a clean and welcoming storefront

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for baking and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidates will also possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a bakery or food service environment
• Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
