We are currently seeking a talented and experienced General Practice Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general practice law, with expertise in a wide range of legal matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team of legal professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in various practice areas
• Manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Appear in court and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in a general practice setting
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
