Position: Bartender

As a bartender at Banana Bay Restaurant & Bar, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and lively environment for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor and control inventory of bar supplies
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• TABC certification required

Position: Server

As a server at Banana Bay Restaurant & Bar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely fashion
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work station

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of menu items and specials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• TABC certification required
