Job Title: Bankruptcy Law Attorney

Job Description:

As a Bankruptcy Law Attorney at Bankruptcy Attorney Houston, you will be responsible for assisting clients with bankruptcy filings, providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and ensuring that all legal documents are prepared accurately. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial situations and develop strategies to help them achieve a fresh start.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with bankruptcy filings, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13
• Provide legal advice on bankruptcy matters
• Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings
• Prepare and review legal documents related to bankruptcy cases
• Develop strategies to help clients resolve their financial challenges

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
• 2+ years of experience in bankruptcy law
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
