Position: Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various practice areas
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as briefs, motions, and pleadings
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized legal strategies
• Attend meetings, mediations, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar (additional state bars a plus)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a law firm setting
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
