Responsibilities:

• Create custom floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more
• Assist customers in choosing the perfect flowers and plants for their needs
• Maintain the store’s inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
• Ensure all floral arrangements are of the highest quality and meet customer expectations
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Stay up-to-date on current floral trends and techniques

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a florist in a retail setting
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and an eye for detail
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
