Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and other construction professionals.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate with clients to address any concerns and provide regular project updates.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting or home building.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid contractor’s license and insurance.
