We Are Hiring:

Are you looking to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment? Bay Seafood Restaurant is currently seeking talented individuals for the following positions:

1. Sous Chef:

• Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain a clean work environment

2. Line Cook:

• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes on the line
• Work quickly and efficiently to meet high volume demands
• Follow recipes and adhere to food safety guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely service

3. Server:

• Welcome and seat customers with a friendly attitude
• Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly
• Answer customer questions and provide recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Qualifications:

While experience in a similar role is preferred, we are willing to train individuals who are passionate about food and eager to learn. The following qualifications are desirable for all positions:

• Strong work ethic and team player mentality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Knowledge of Creole and Cajun cuisine (for kitchen positions)
• Familiarity with seafood ingredients and preparation methods
