Program Coordinator
As a Program Coordinator at Bayland Community Center, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and implementing a variety of programs and activities for community members. This role requires creativity, leadership skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and coordinate youth programs, including after-school activities and summer camps
– Organize educational workshops and seminars for adults in the community
– Collaborate with local organizations to provide resources and support for residents in need
– Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in social work, community development, or a related field
– Experience working in a community organization or similar setting
– Strong communication and organizational skills

Community Outreach Specialist
As a Community Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting residents with the resources and services they need to thrive. This position involves building relationships with community members, identifying needs, and coordinating outreach efforts to ensure that everyone has access to the support they require.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct outreach activities to promote awareness of available services and programs

Qualifications:
