Job Title: Garbage Collection Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive garbage collection trucks along designated routes to pick up waste from residential and commercial properties
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations while operating collection vehicles
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform routine maintenance on collection vehicles and report any issues to management
• Work as part of a team to efficiently collect and dispose of waste materials

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with a clean driving record
• Prior experience in garbage collection or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
