Position: X-Ray Technician

Job Description:

As an X-Ray Technician at Baytown Urgent Care, you will play a crucial role in helping our healthcare team diagnose and treat patients efficiently. Responsibilities include:

– Operating X-ray equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients’ internal structures
– Ensuring that all images are of high quality and properly labeled for interpretation by the medical team
– Following safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff
– Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely results
– Maintaining accurate records of X-ray images and patient information

Qualifications:

– Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) or Limited X-Ray Technician (LXT) license
– Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an X-ray technician in a medical setting
– Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and radiographic techniques
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
