Job Title: Immigration Consultant/Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with their immigration needs, including visa applications, green card petitions, and citizenship applications
• Conduct research on immigration laws and policies to provide up-to-date information to clients
• Prepare and file necessary paperwork and documentation with government agencies
• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, as needed
• Provide legal advice and guidance on immigration matters
• Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Law degree and admission to the bar in the United States
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in a second language is a plus
