Responsibilities

• Provide facial and body treatments to clients based on their individual needs
• Perform various skincare procedures including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
• Conduct consultations with clients to determine their skincare goals and recommend suitable treatments
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Esthetics license in the state of [state]
• Experience in a spa or medical spa setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and check them in for their appointments
• Answer phone calls and emails to schedule appointments and answer inquiries
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
