Position: Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Beck-Ford Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Oversee quality control and safety compliance
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Position: Construction Superintendent

We are also looking for experienced Construction Superintendents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on job sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and lead a team of skilled professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on job sites
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Provide regular progress reports to project managers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
