Position: Home Health Aide

As a Home Health Aide at Beck & Johnson Community Services, you will play a key role in assisting our clients with their daily living activities and providing them with the support they need to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Escorting clients to appointments and social outings
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client’s health status

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our clients. The following qualifications are required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved home health aide training program
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
