Department Store Associate

As a Department Store Associate at Bel Furniture-Memorial, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces and home decor items. You will provide product recommendations, answer customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for home furnishings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces and home decor items
• Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences
• Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process customer transactions accurately

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for processing transactions
• Previous retail experience is a plus

Bedding Specialist

Are you passionate about sleep and the importance of a good mattress? Do you have a knack for helping customers find their perfect bed? If so, we have the perfect role for you as a Bedding Specialist at Bel Furniture-Memorial! In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the right mattress and bedding accessories to provide the best night’s sleep.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right mattress based on their needs
• Provide information on different mattress types and brands
• Help customers choose bedding accessories such as pillows and sheets
• Ensure customer satisfaction with their purchase
• Maintain knowledge of current bedding trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Knowledge of mattress types and bedding accessories
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with customers to determine their needs
• Passion for sleep and helping customers achieve better rest
• Previous experience in bedding sales is a plus
