Job Title: Contract Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description

At Belco Manufacturing Co Inc, we are currently seeking a Contract Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contract manufacturing process, from initial consultation to final delivery. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique manufacturing needs and requirements
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines
• Oversee production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
• Ensure on-time delivery of finished products
• Provide regular updates to clients on project status
• Maintain accurate records of all project-related activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
