Position: Criminal Law Attorney

As a Criminal Law Attorney at Belinda C Brown, you will be responsible for representing clients in criminal cases, including but not limited to DUI, drug offenses, assault, and other criminal charges. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a license to practice law in the state. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting legal research
• Developing case strategies
• Negotiating plea deals
• Representing clients in court
• Providing legal advice to clients

Position: Family Law Attorney

As a Family Law Attorney at Belinda C Brown, you will handle a variety of family law matters, such as divorce, child custody, adoption, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with clients to understand their needs
• Drafting legal documents
• Negotiating settlements
• Representing clients in family court
• Providing guidance and support to clients

Requirements

To be considered for a position at Belinda C Brown, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Criminal Law, Family Law, or related field
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
