Job Title: Concrete Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

• Set forms that hold concrete in place, creating edges and joints according to specifications.
• Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Monitor the curing of the concrete and ensure proper adherence to safety standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a concrete contractor.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Title: General Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and budget to meet client expectations.
• Oversee quality control and safety procedures on job sites.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a general contractor in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred).

Job Title: Patio Builder

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and construct custom patios, walkways, and outdoor living spaces.
• Select and install pavers, stones, or other materials to create unique designs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the construction process.
• Provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance and care of patio structures.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in patio construction and design.
• Creative flair and attention to detail in creating aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of landscaping principles and techniques (preferred).
