Position: Veterinarian

As a Veterinarian at Bellaire Pet Spa & Boarding, you will be responsible for providing top-quality medical care to our furry guests. You will work closely with our team of groomers, trainers, and boarding staff to ensure that all pets receive the care they need during their stay at our facility. We are looking for a compassionate and experienced veterinarian who is dedicated to the well-being of animals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine examinations and vaccinations for pets
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries
• Perform surgical procedures as needed
• Prescribe medications and follow-up care instructions
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Provide guidance to pet owners on proper care and nutrition

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a veterinarian
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with animals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Position: Pet Boarding & Kennels Attendant

As a Pet Boarding & Kennels Attendant at Bellaire Pet Spa & Boarding, you will be responsible for the care and well-being of our boarding guests. You will work closely with our grooming and veterinary staff to ensure that all pets have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at our facility. We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals who have a love for animals.

Responsibilities:

• Feed, water, and walk pets according to their schedule
• Clean and sanitize pet enclosures and play areas
• Monitor pets for any signs of illness or distress
• Provide companionship and playtime for pets
• Assist with bathing and grooming services as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with animals preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
