About the Role:

As an Interior Designer & Decorator at Belle Maison Designs, you will have the unique opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from modern penthouses to classic townhouses and everything in between. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, develop design concepts, create mood boards, select materials and furnishings, and oversee the implementation of the design plan. You will also have the chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about creating beautiful spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements
• Develop design concepts that align with the client’s vision
• Create mood boards and present them to clients for approval
• Select furniture, lighting, fabrics, and accessories to complete the design
• Work with architects, contractors, and vendors to execute the design plan
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Stay current with design trends and innovations in the industry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design and decorating
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of architectural design principles
