Job Description:
As a Teppanyaki Chef at Benihana, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable dining experience through your culinary skills and engaging personality. Your primary duties will include:
- Performing teppanyaki cooking techniques with precision and flair
- Interacting with guests and entertaining them with your cooking skills
- Preparing and cooking a variety of Japanese dishes in front of guests
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a teppanyaki chef preferred
- Strong knife skills and proficient in Japanese cooking techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
