Position: General Contractor

As a general contractor at Benton’s Equipment & Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include:

– Collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
– Creating and managing project schedules and budgets
– Monitoring construction progress and addressing any issues that may arise
– Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
– Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
– Providing regular updates and reports on project status

Position: Real Estate Developer

As a real estate developer at Benton’s Equipment & Construction, you will play a key role in identifying, acquiring, and developing properties for residential and commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include:

– Conducting market research and feasibility studies to identify potential development opportunities
– Acquiring land or properties for development
– Working with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and build projects
– Managing project budgets and timelines
– Marketing and selling completed properties
– Managing relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, or related field
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general contracting or real estate development
– Strong project management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Knowledge of building codes and regulations
