We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Automobile Storage Specialist:

As an Automobile Storage Specialist at Best Auto Storage/ Best Tow, you will be responsible for overseeing the storage of vehicles in our facility. This includes maintaining a clean and organized storage area, tracking inventory, and ensuring the security of all vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles upon arrival for any pre-existing damage
• Drive vehicles to designated storage spaces
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle storage locations
• Assist customers in locating their vehicles when needed
• Perform regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good condition

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license

2. Storage Facility Manager:

We are also seeking a Storage Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our storage facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a storage facility, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the storage facility, including maintenance, security, and customer service
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the facility
• Oversee inventory management and tracking
• Hire and train staff to provide excellent service to customers
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facility management
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of safety and security regulations
